It is a demoulding agent and dry lubricant, formulated without metallic elements and highly effective under high temperatures and in contact with non-ferrous molten metals. Product specially formulated to protect components subjected to high working temperatures, in a range between -40 ºC and +1400 ºC. It acts effectively, reducing friction and distortion generated by high temperatures.

• Prevents jamming and wear of metallic parts.
• Product of high chemical inertness, maintaining its anchorage and activity for years.
• Excellent dry lubricant, it offers a reduced friction coefficient for better sliding.
• Its dry coat prevents adhesion from dust and other solid pollutants, providing a high resistance lubricating film.
• Its formulation free from metallic pigments is ideal for situations where electrolytic reactions are to be avoided.

Application Areas

Welding: protection of MIG/MAG welding torches, preventing spatter adhesion during the entire work day, reducing costs due to maintenance downtimes. Protection of already machined parts to be welded, prevents spatter deposits on the surface avoiding its reprocessing or rectifying.

Protection of components on laser or plasma cutting tables.

Foundries: avoids wetting of molten metals such as aluminium and zinc.

Protector of sections or parts to be galvanised, avoids electrochemical deposits on the surface. Protector of mechanical components in galvanising facilities, acting as an electrochemical barrier.

Other processes: demoulding agent for melting pots in jewellery, glass forming operations, superplastics forming, aluminium extrusion, lubrication of chains and guides in high temperature furnaces, boilers, autoclaves, etc.

Working temperatures: from -40 ºC to 1400 ºC.

Instructions for use

Check the system beforehand, remove any lubricant residues or old protectors in poor condition.

Apply the product shaking previously the container, spray at a distance of 15-20 cm.

Welding hoses: disassemble the nozzle, apply the sprayed product on nozzle, thread and diffuser.

Apply the product on the nozzle, on the inner and outer side. Allow to dry and reassemble the part.
