LUBE COMPLEX EP 2T

It is a multifunctional grease, formulated with high performance synthetic components, for the lubrication of equipment subject to low frequency vibrations and continuous working temperatures above +120 ºC, such as presses, vibro-compactors, screens, crushers, etc.

• Its formulation incorporates PTFE and anti-friction additives of our own design, providing excellent resistance in situations of high loads, vibrations and shocks.
• Excellent mechanical stability, maintaining its initial consistency even in situations of maximum mechanical stress.
• Multifunctional product, ideal to unify references and rationalize stock.

Application Areas

Quarries, aggregate plants, crushing screens, vibro-compaction presses, precast concrete.

Bearings in pelletising machines, paper and cardboard recyclers, shredders, cutters, etc.

Public works machinery with severe demands, high loads and temperatures, presence of water and need for permanent lubrication.

In general, multipurpose grease in automotive, maintenance and transport, lubrication of bearings and wheel hubs with continuous temperatures of +120 ºC.

Working temperature range from -20 ºC to +160 ºC, with working peaks of +180 ºC in static or low speed lubrication situations.

Instructions for use

Apply the product directly to the mechanisms to be lubricated.

For higher performance, apply the product by means of centralized greasing systems.
