LUBE PLUS A

It is a multifunctional grease, specially developed to lubricate elements subjected to high temperatures, extreme loads, vibrations and shocks, combined with the presence of humidity and possible attacks by chemical agents.

• High resistance to water, humid and saline environments, offering an excellent corrosion protection to the metallic surface.
• Excellent ability to withstand high sliding loads.
• Excellent adhesion and mechanical stability, maintaining a long lasting lubricating film on the metallic surface.

Application Areas

Mechanical components subjected to high loads and friction.

Bearings, rolling mills, rolling mills, gears, bolts. Public works machinery, ship and port deck machinery, agricultural machinery, paper industry, chemical industry, iron and steel industry, laundries, pellet granulators, mills, screens, pickers.

In general, components subjected to high contamination due to moisture or aggressive environments.

Working temperature: -20 ºC to +160 ºC, with +180 ºC peaks (static lubrication or slow movements).

Instructions for use

Apply the product directly to the mechanisms to be lubricated.

For higher performance, apply the product by means of centralized greasing systems.
