It is specially designed cutting oil to be applied on iron, cast iron, alloy steel, stainless steel, structural steel, high-resistance steel.

Application Areas

Machining operations: high speed core cutting, milling, turning, drilling, threading (internal or external), gear cutting, broaching, reaming, etc.

In general, any operation of high harshness carried out on ferrous materials.

ISO 15 grade ideal for high speed cutting and parts.

ISO 32 grade recommended for drilling and tapping.

Instructions for use

KL40 SUPER OIL F is used pure, applied with automatic dosing systems, either by machine deposit or by spraying on the cutting point.
