SM Filtros LF
It is a product specially designed to favour charge neutralisation and aggregation of the glass particles coming from the glass machining process that are present in the coolant fluid, with the aim of their effective separation by means of purification systems, obtaining an important reduction in the load in suspended and colloidal solids and, as a consequence, a fluid with very low turbidity. Controlled foam product, suitable for facilities with agitation, water jumps or high speed systems.
Controlled foaming product, suitable for systems with agitation and high flow rates.

- Controlled foaming product, suitable for systems with agitation and high flow rates.
- Increases filtration performance, producing a very low turbidity fluid.
- Helps the correct conservation of the filtering column.
- Non-corrosive to metals. Compatible with gasket materials.
Application Areas
Glass machining industry with purification systems using filtration equipment.
Instructions for use
Dose the pure product on the water supply to the filtration system, at a point where its correct mixing with the fluid to be purified is ensured.
The appropriate dosage must be adjusted in the installation, depending on the load of solids present, working regime, existing filtration system, etc.
As an indicative dosage, for an installation of 10.000 litres of volume, it is recommended to apply between 100 and 200 grams per discharge.
