It is a paint of pure Zinc powder, finely ground, which, through the evaporation of solvents, deposits a coating that electrolytically protects ferrous metals. With a single coat of ZINC PRIMER the passivation, priming and finishing of ferrous surfaces is achieved, even those exposed to the elements, since the chemical reaction of Zinc with rain water or humidity, generates an external film of Zinc Hydroxide, of recognised anti-corrosion power.

Ferrous surfaces requiring long-lasting antioxidant protection: chemical, naval and chemical industry.
Metallic structures, metallic windows, steam boilers, etc. Its use is important where there are aggressive temperatures and environments.
Remove embedded dirt and rust residues by brushing using steel rakes. Apply one or two coats of ZINC PRIMER. Allow to dry for a minimum of 12 hours at 20 ºC between coats.
Due to the high concentration of Zinc powder, the product must be removed before and during application.
Apply with temperatures above 5 ºC and relative humidity below 80%. The paint and surface temperature must be above this limit.
Keep stored at temperatures between 8 ºC and 35 ºC. The container can be deformed. Caution when opening.
