SM 611 ESPECIAL A1

It is a liquid alkaline degreasing detergent for general use in the food industry that is highly effective in the removal of difficult soiling produced mainly by grease, proteins and starches. Especially suitable for the cleaning of burnt and strongly adhering soiling on fryers, ovens and other open surfaces such as floors, walls and conveyor belts.

• Suitable for use with water of high hardness.
• Formulated with surfactants that meet the biodegradability criteria according to Regulation 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents.
• Certified A1 by NSF (registration no.: 156150) as a general cleaner on all surfaces and in all areas of the food industry.

Application Areas

Food industry in general. Dairy industries, canneries, wineries, slaughterhouses, food and beverage processors, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables and processing equipment, fryers, furnaces, etc.

Instructions for use

Manual cleaning: Dilute a 2-10% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Use a scrubbing pad or brush. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking quality water.

Spraying: Dilute a 2-5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Apply with a hand gun, backpack sprayer or spraying system, leave on for 15 minutes. Next, rinse with drinking quality water.

Immersion: Dilute a 1-2.5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Soak the utensils and leave on for 15 minutes. Remove the individual pieces and rinse them with plenty of drinking quality water.

Do not use on soft metals (aluminium or galvanised). Do not mix with other chemicals.
