KL50 LTC H1

It is a 100% synthetic lubricant, specially developed to work at low temperatures, guaranteeing its fluidity even at -50 ºC. Suitable for accidental food contact situations.

• It maintains its fluidity at low temperatures, making it easy to hard-to-reach areas and narrow passages.
• Low emulsion capacity, in situations of environmental humidity condensation.
• Excellent protection of lubricated components, providing an excellent wear-resistant capacity.
• H1 certified by NSF (no 156149) for accidental food contact.

Application Areas

Lubrication of components in freezing tunnels and refrigerating chambers.

Forklift trucks and goods lifters in cold storage facilities.

Long-lasting lubrication in beverage bottlers, food processing plants, slaughterhouses, frozen food warehouses, canneries, dairies and, in general, in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Roller chains, overhead conveyors, gears, bearings, hydraulic or pneumatic pistons, etc.

Operational working temperature in the range from -40 ºC to +10 ºC.

Instructions for use

Apply the product directly to the mechanisms to be lubricated.

For better performance, apply the product by means of automatic spraying systems.
