SOLV H1

It is an effective industrial degreaser, especially indicated for cleaning metallic and plastic surfaces, and removing all types of dirt, such as dust, grease, oil, without leaving residue. It offers controlled evaporation that allows a longer action time and avoids moisture concentration. Product specially formulated to avoid the risk of toxicity in case of accidental contact with food.

    • Quickly dissolves soiling in the form of grease, oil and fuel oil, leaving no residue on surfaces.
    • Its controlled evaporation allows a degreasing action on the surface for a longer period of time.
    • Non-corrosive to metals, including aluminium, copper and their alloys. Will not attack gaskets or most plastics.
    • Its high inflammation point allows safe use by the operator.
    • It has a high dielectric coefficient, allowing its usage in all types of electric components without voltage.
    • NSF H1 certified for incidental food contact.

Application Areas

Food industry: packaging/handling lines in food processing areas. Removes adhesive residues from plastic containers, boxes and tooling parts on the packaging line.

General industry: cleaning of electric motors without voltage, engine blocks, mechanical parts, gearboxes, injection pumps, clutches, spring leaves. Cleaning and degreasing of raw aluminium profiles. Cleaning and lubrication of rubber components.

Instructions for use

Spraying: Apply SOLV H1 on the area to be treated using the aerosol presentation, leave to act for a few seconds to soften grease and adhered soiling. Remove afterwards with a cloth or brush.

The drying process can be accelerated by using heat treatments or pneumatic systems such as guns or pressurised air tunnels.
