DUWALKLEEN ECO

It is a powerful industrial degreaser, especially suitable for cleaning metallic and plastic surfaces and removing all types of grime, such as dust, grease, oil, etc. It offers low evaporation and prevents moisture concentration. Its formulation includes natural solvents that provide additional degreasing power and pleasant citrus smell.

• Quickly dissolves dirt in the form of grease, oil and fuel oil.
• Its low evaporation allows to extend the useful life of the product in parts cleaning by immersion and with cleaning machine.
• Non-corrosive to metals, including aluminium, copper and their alloys. Will not attack gaskets or most plastics.
• It has a high dielectric coefficient, allowing its usage in all types of electric components without voltage.
• Formulation free of chlorinated solvents and aromatic solvents harmful to the worker.

Application Areas

Industry in general: cleaning of electric circuits and components, alternators, dynamos, coils, etc. Cleaning of electric motors without voltage. Cleaning of mechanical parts, brake discs, gearboxes, injection pumps, clutches, engine blocks, leaf springs. Cleaning and degreasing of PVC and raw aluminium profiles.

Instructions for use

Spraying: Apply DUWALKLEEN ECO on the area to be treated by means of spraying systems (Kalon Professional Solvent Applicator). Parts cleaning machine: It is recommended to add 20% of water at the bottom of the tank to retain the impurities deposited at the bottom of the machine by decantation.

Immersion: Combined action as a degreaser and moisture displacer in parts prior to storage or assembly. Ultrasonic machine can be used to enhance the degreasing action of the product and minimise working time. The drying process can be accelerated by using heat treatments or pneumatic systems such as guns or pressurised air tunnels.
