SUPER COOLANT CP

It is a cutting fluid, easily emulsifiable in water, with a high mineral oil content. Cools, lubricates, and protects in a single operation.

Application Areas

Drill lubricant specially indicated for metal cutting operations on iron and cast iron.

Product compatible with stainless steel and aluminium alloys 6000 and 7000.

Medium and high harshness operations. Cutting, saw, lathe, milling cutter.

Particularly suitable for machining centres in coastal environments and waters with high chloride content (up to 300 mg/l).

Instructions for use

Before using SUPER COOLANT CP, it is advisable to clean the tank with SM-CLEAN, diluted with 3 % water.

When the tank is clean and full of water, pour SUPER COOLANT CP on the water and shake.

We recommend diluting the drill lubricants with automatic dosing equipment/systems. Type SM 3 Mixer or Dosatron. The application of the right dosage saves final costs and suppresses the environmental impact of the required product.
