It is a controlled-foam chlorinated fungicide bactericide detergent, suitable for one-stage cleaning and disinfection in the food industry.  Suitable for application in the food industry by recirculation, spray cleaning, manual cleaning, spraying, automatic washing machines, scrubbing machines or immersion. Suitable for the removal of animal and vegetable fats, proteins and blood. Prevents protein film formation. Use by professional personnel only.

• Non-foaming, easy to rinse, suitable for CIP cleaning.
• Approved bactericide effectiveness tests according to UNE-EN 13697 Standard in dirty conditions against microorganisms: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aureginosa, and Enterococcus hirae.
• Approved fungicide effectiveness tests according to UNE-EN 13697 in dirty conditions against microorganisms: Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.

Application Areas

Food industry in general. Dairy industries, canneries, wine producers, slaughterhouses, food and beverage processors, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables, processing equipment, CIP systems, crate washers, automatic machines, etc.

Instructions for use

CIP cleaning: Recirculate a 2-5% product dilution dose in water, depending on the soiling to be removed, and leave in contact or recirculate for at least 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking water.

Manual cleaning: Dilute a 2-10% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking quality water.

Spraying: Dilute a 2-5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Apply with a hand gun, backpack sprayer or spraying system, leave on for 15 minutes. Next, rinse with drinking quality water.

Automatic machines: Dose in automatic washing machines at a 2 - 5% dilution, depending on the soiling present. Rinse with drinking quality water.

Scrubbing machines: Dilute in water at a 2 - 5% dose. Apply using scrubbing machine. Leave on for a few minutes. Rinse with drinking quality water. No need to rinse if the surface will not come in contact with food.

Do not use on soft metals (aluminium or galvanised). Do not mix with other chemicals.
