KL10 ACID FOAM

It is an energetic foaming acid detergent capable of removing calcareous incrustations, rust deposits and persistent organic matter. Specially designed for use in the Food Industry. Its periodic use on surfaces and equipment allows to keep the installation in perfect conditions, extending its useful life.

Application Areas

Food industry in general. Dairy industries, canneries, wineries, slaughterhouses, food and beverage processors, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables and processing equipment, deposits and stainless steel, etc.

Instructions for use

Foam generation systems: Pre-rinse the surfaces to be cleaned to remove coarse soiling. Apply the product diluted 2-5% in water at the appropriate dose depending on the degree of soiling and the amount of foam obtained. Cover all surfaces with the foam. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with drinking quality pressurised water.

Manual cleaning: Dilute a 1-3% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Use a scrubbing pad or brush. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking quality water.

Immersion: Dilute a 1-2.5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Soak the utensils and leave on for 15 minutes. Remove the individual pieces and rinse them with plenty of drinking quality water.

Do not mix with other chemicals.
