SM 100 SANITARY EPOXY

Specially indicated as a protective and decorative finish for interior concrete pavements in parking lots, food industry, canneries, hospitals, workshops, etc.

It resists splashes of gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and other fuels. It is available in two components called "Sanitary Epoxy" Component A, and "Sanitary Epoxy Catalyst" Component B.

• It can be applied in concrete with 3-4% humidity. Increases and improves its chemical resistance.
• High resistance to scratching, abrasion and wear.
• Smooth and uniform finish. Self leveling.

Instructions for use

The mixed product lasts 30 minutes at 20 ºC.

NEW CONCRETE PAVEMENTS

Allow the concrete to set completely.

Remove setting laitance, efflorescence and other contaminants by mechanical procedures.

Sealing: Apply a coat of SM-100 EPOXI SANITARIA. Allow to dry 24 hours at 20oC.

Repair: Putty joints, cracks and crevices. Allow to dry.

Finishing: Apply two coats of SM 100 EPOXI SANITARIA. Let dry 24 hours between coats.

RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE

If it is in bad condition, remove completely by mechanical or manual procedures. Repair cracks, cracks, etc., until a firm support is found. Impregnate the sanitized areas with SM-100 EPOXI SANITARIA, applied with a brush of abundant hair until saturation. When fresh, fill with a prepared 3-component mortar, mixed with fine or coarse silica according to irregularities.

Allow to dry 6-8 hours at 20 ºC.

Sealing: Apply a coat of SM 100 EPOXI SANITARIA. Allow to dry 24 hours at 20 ºC. Repair: Putty joints, cracks and cracks. Allow to dry.

OBSERVATIONS

- Mix the two components with a low speed stirrer.
