SM COOLANT

It is a synthetic coolant, suitable for grinding and machining of low severity. It combines an excellent cooling and anti-corrosive effect with minimal foaming.

Application Areas

Any grinding and lapping operation on cast iron, steel.

Mineral oil free to avoid clogging of grinding wheels.

Allows visualisation of the operation, low foaming. Easy chip decanting, compatible with paper belt chip filter.

Instructions for use

Before using SM COOLANT, it is recommended to clean the tank with SM CLEAN diluted with 3% water. When the tank is clean and full of water, add SM COOLANT to the water and shake.

We recommend to dilute the fillers with automatic dosing systems/equipment. Mixer type SM-3. Dosatron. The application of the right dosage saves final costs and suppresses the environmental impact of the required product.
