DEX MOL

It is a highly effective mould remover, suitable for a wide range of plastics, rubber and even some metals. After demoulding with DEX-MOL, the surface can be decorated by screen printing, painting, electrolysis, etc.

Demoulding of plastic parts (polycarbonate, ABS, polypropylene), EPDM thermoplastic rubber, acrylic rubber and rubber (toys, carpets, joints, tiles, household and industrial items that must be decorated, etc.) Demoulded in casting of some metals such as aluminum, magnesium and zinc. Non-stick in hot melt adhesive preparation processes.

Instructions for use

Clean the mould with ECOSOL until the total elimination of grease and dirt. Spray a thin layer of product from a distance of 30 cm and wait for the product to dry.

The best results can be obtained after applying the product. Make 2 or 3 injections without polymer and remove the excess product.
