G DEX

It is a mixture of resins with graphite capable of providing a demoulding barrier and prevents direct contact between metals. It forms a dry film protective against corrosion and highly resistant to mineral oils and solvents.

It prevents wear and deterioration between metal surfaces (grip) and resists heavy loads and high temperatures, up to +450 ºC in lubrication processes.

• Lubricates hard-to-reach points. It dries quickly (5 minutes) and repels dust.

Application Areas

Unmoulding in sintering or powder metallurgy operations.

Lubricant in concrete mixer chains, forklifts, interior and exterior locks, guides, bearings, pistons, valves, chains, threads, axles, propellers and, in general, any type of rectified part.

Protection of parts by cold trunnisation simulation.

Dry lubricant with rapid evaporation in rubber profiles.

Instructions for use

Apply on clean and dry surfaces. Shake the container, keep it upright and spray the product on the surface, 15 cm. away.

A glossy finish can be achieved, polishing the surface.
