MOLINK

It is an effective lubricant, water-repellent and anti-corrosive, capable of penetrating inside cables and chains, keeping them flexible and protected against external aggressions.

• It offers great adhesion and resists water washout. Has excellent anti-corrosion capacity, especially recommended for humid environments.
• Its formulation includes solvent to facilitate the penetration of the product into the cable core and in narrow passages.
• Reduces friction wear, minimising risks associated with breakage of the braided cable.
• Its molybdenum disulphide content reduces friction, extending the useful life of the lubricated elements.

Application Areas

Restoration and protection against corrosion of equipment and machines damaged by humidity, mining and quarrying equipment, steam shovels, cranes, drag cables, mixer trucks and bridge cranes in general.

Port machinery, stranded steel wire ropes used in construction, mining, public works, elevators, forklift trucks, drag chains, overhead conveyors ...

Protection of elements exposed to the outside, building site booms, forestry machinery, agricultural machinery, gardening... Working temperatures from -25 ºC to +150 ºC.

Instructions for use

Check the system beforehand, remove any lubricant residues or old protectors in poor condition. Aerosol: Apply the product shaking previously the container, spray at a distance of 15-20 cm. Bulk: Shake the container beforehand, apply with brush, roller or industrial spraying systems.
