SM ZINC CLARO

It is a coating rich in Zinc and Aluminium, formulated for cold galvanizing. Its effectiveness and versatility make it a perfect antirust and anticorrosive primer with an impeccable aluminium-coloured finish, resistant to high temperatures.

• It has a high zinc content of 98%. Can be used as a primer and topcoat in one product. Aluminium colour.
• It offers high protection against corrosion and rust. Protects welding on galvanized metals.
• Dries quickly. Adheres perfectly to the surface.
• Withstands temperatures up to 150 ºC. Does not contain lead.

Application Areas

Very suitable for painting any kind of machinery as well as iron structures that require almost immediate handling after being painted. They give surfaces a galvanised metallic appearance very suitable for retouching flaws in the parts treated with galvanic systems.

Instructions for use

Apply on clean and dry surfaces. Remove embedded dirt and rust residues by brushing using steel rakes. Apply one or two thin coats of SM ZINC CLARO. It is advisable to apply thin coats rather than a single thick coat. Can be repainted after 10 minutes. Shake the aerosol before use, about one minute after hearing the mixer noise.

Place the spray upside down to purge the valve after use, replace the diffuser if clogged. Do not apply to equipment while plugged in and use in well ventilated areas.
