GALPLAT

It is an antioxidant coating formulated for painting and retouching machinery and metal parts, giving them a galvanized metallic finish, which protects surfaces from corrosion and rust and withstands temperatures up to 150 ºC.

• Very fast drying, does not contain lead.
• Great adhesion on steel or galvanized sheet and iron.
• Excellent anticorrosive power by cathodic protection.

Application Areas

Suitable for painting machinery of all kinds as well as iron structures that require almost immediate handling after painting. It gives to the surfaces a galvanized metallic appearance very suitable for touching up flaws in the parts treated with galvanic systems, and it is also a great protective film in marine environments.

Instructions for use

Apply on clean and dry surfaces. Remove encrusted dirt and rust residues by brushing with steel pins. Apply one or two thin coats of GALPLAT. It is preferable to apply thin coats rather than a thick one. Shake the aerosol very well before use, approximately one minute after hearing the noise of the mixer.

Invert the aerosol to purge the valve after use.

Do not apply on connected equipment and use in well ventilated areas.
