It is a highly concentrated, water-based degreaser with biodegradable surfactants (according to OECD criteria), specially formulated to remove greases and soiling from all types of floors and walls, and hard surfaces in the food and related industries.

  • Highly effective ultra-concentrated formula, even in 1:100 dilutions.

Application Areas

Food industry: cleaning of all types of surfaces in general. Removal of adhered, encrusted and burnt grease on metallic surfaces. Cleaning of machinery, motors, bearings, spindles, rollers, ...

Food industry in general. Dairy industries, canneries, wineries, slaughterhouses, food processors, beverages, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables, process equipment, etc. Suitable for cleaning steel, ceramic, concrete, tile, etc. surfaces.

Cleaning of machinery, transport trucks, vans, forklifts, overhead conveyors, ... and in general any mechanical element present in a food industry.

Instructions for use

Foam generation systems: Pre-rinse the surfaces to be cleaned to remove coarse soiling. Cover all surfaces with foam. Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes.

Manual cleaning: Use a scouring pad or scrubbing brush. Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes. Spraying, steam lance: apply with a hand gun, backpack sprayer or spraying system, leave on for 15 – 20 minutes.

Immersion, Ultrasound: Soak utensils and leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Boost the cleaning effect with the help of temperature (40 ºC to 60ºC). Remove the parts from the bath and rinse.

In all cases, a final rinse with drinking water should be carried out to remove detergent residues and prevent subsequent transfer to food by direct contact.
