SM DL

It is a product based on solvents of natural origin, specially formulated to remove grease, oils, adhesive residues, inks in industrial machinery, etc.

    • Biodegradable product, made from renewable raw materials.
    • Easily removes all types of plant, animal or mineral origin greases.
    • Quickly removes residues of SBR (styrene-butadiene), neoprene, nitrile, etc. adhesives.
    • Product approved with categories K1 (degreaser in non-processing areas) and K3 (adhesive and glue remover in the food industry).

Application Areas

Food industry: Degreaser cleaner in areas where the steam/aerosol does not directly reach the processed food. Adhesive remover for food containers.

Graphic arts: removes ink and adhesive residues. Ideal product for silkscreening, plastic sign makers, removes stickers and glue residues.

General industry, glassworks, automotive, aluminium locksmiths, and in general any sector where a product capable of quickly removing residues of grease and/or adhered glue is required.

Itinerant mechanics, general maintenance, lift operators: reduces the time required to remove greases and adhesives, making the operator's job easier and reducing the associated costs.

Instructions for use

Manual cleaning: Apply undiluted, by spray gun, sprayer or aerosol. Leave to act for a few minutes and remove the adhered soiling with the help of a cloth or paper.

In the food industry, a subsequent rinsing with drinking water should be carried out before the degreased item is returned to the food processing area.
