It is a medium alkalinity powder detergent that contains corrosion inhibitors in its formula, making it suitable for cleaning all types of metal parts, even soft metals such as aluminium and zinc. It is particularly suitable for use in single or multi-stage parts washing machines, tunnel spray machines, ultrasonic machines and lance cleaning.

  • Product safe for use on steel, iron, aluminium, copper, zinc and zamak alloys surfaces. It incorporates specific passivants for metals sensitive to chemical attack.

  • Its formula contains biodegradable surfactants in accordance with OECD.

Application Areas

General industry: cleaning of metal parts in parts washing machines, ultrasonic machines or lance cleaning. Particular application as a cleaning agent in vibratory polishing machines.

Instructions for use

Cleaning machine: Add to the tank a 1-4 % dose of product and work with a water temperature of 40 °C and with agitation or ultrasound.

After the cleaning process, it is advisable to rinse the metal parts, not being necessary in the case of iron, steel, cast iron and plastic parts.

The DEPOL concentration can be checked by titration with sulphuric acid. Store the container tightly closed, in a dry place away from sunlight.
