It is a white, highly effective cooling lubricant that emulsifies easily in water. It is specially formulated to work with copper and its alloys such as brass and bronze.

    • Great lubrication and cooling power.
    • It does not contain nitrites, chlorine, secondary amines, boric acid or formaldehyde releasers.
    • Especially suitable for copper, its alloys and aluminium.

Application Areas

Machining of copper and its alloys in medium harshness operations. Deep drilling, tapping, threading, carving, reaming, broaching, cutting, sawing, lathe, milling.

Instructions for use

Before using SUPER COOLANT COBRE 2, clean the tank with SM CLEAN, diluted with 3 % water.

When the tank is clean and full of water, pour SUPER COOLANT COBRE 2 on the water and shake.

We recommend diluting the drill lubricants with automatic dosing equipment/systems. Mixer type SM 3 or Dosatron.

Applying the right dosage saves on final costs and eliminates the environmental impact of the necessary product.
