It is a cutting fluid, easily emulsifiable in water, with a high mineral oil content. Cools, lubricates and protects, in a single operation.

Application Areas

Machining of all types of light metals in medium severity operations. Cut, saw, lathe, mill.

Instructions for use

Before using SUPER COOLANT, clean the tank with SM CLEAN, diluted with 3% water. When the tank is clean and full of water, add SUPER COOLANT to the water and shake.

We recommend diluting the coolants with automatic dosing equipment/systems. SM-3 Mixer Type. Dosatron. The application of the appropriate dosage saves final costs and eliminates the environmental impact of the necessary product.
