SM COOLANT AD

It is a synthetic coolant, suitable for all types of grinding. Its formula features corrosion inhibitors that protect machinery and parts.

Application Areas

Mineral oil free to avoid clogging of grinding wheels.

Easy visualisation of the operation, low foaming. Easy shaving decanting, compatible with paper belt shaving filter. In marble making, it simplifies the cutting and decanting process.

Suitable for situations where high hardness waters are used, responsible for emulsions destabilisation, deposit formation, and corrosion generation on metallic surfaces.

Modo de  empleo

Before using SM COOLANT AD, it is advisable to clean the tank with SM CLEAN diluted with 3% water.

We recommend diluting the drill lubricants with automatic dosing equipment/systems. Mixer type SM 3 or Dosatron.

Applying the right dosage saves on final costs and eliminates the environmental impact of the necessary product.
