Suitable for the treatment of steam boilers in contact with foodstuffs.

    • Fast oxygen reduction, effective corrosion control.
    • Corrosion control, scaling and condensate line protection in one product.
    • Keeps heat transfer surfaces clean and increases their efficiency.
    • Suitable for the treatment of food steam boilers.
    • Certified G6 by NSF No 161096.

Application Areas

Steam generation systems with low and medium pressure boilers. Suitable for food steam boilers.

Instructions for use

Dosing the pure product on the boiler feed water, by means of a dosing pump installed for this purpose.

It is recommended that dosing is carried out in the condensate tank in order to protect the condensate tank, especially against corrosion.

The dosage must be adapted to the specific working conditions of the system and is a function, among other parameters, of the temperature of the boiler feed water, the hardness of the feed water and the concentration cycles. As an indicative dose, an approximate dose of 60 gr/m3 is recommended on the boiler feed water. It should be used in combination with an alkalizing product, such as pH(+) to maintain the pH value of the boiler indoor water between 10.5 and 12.0.
