OXYPURE BIO

It is a broad-spectrum, non-foaming, acidic disinfectant with high oxidising power. Highly effective, fast-acting and rapidly biodegradable. Suitable for surface disinfection both for environmental and food industry use (by professional personnel only), as well as for airborne disinfection (use by professional personnel only). High oxidising capacity facilitates organic matter and biofilm degradation. Its low foaming quality makes it suitable for CIP circuit disinfection.

Food industry in general for CIP circuit disinfection, and open surfaces (walls, equipment, utensils, ...) Dairy industries, canneries, wine producers, slaughterhouses, food and beverage processors, fishing industry, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables and processing equipment, etc.

Instructions for use

Surface disinfection (professional personnel use only): A thorough cleaning must be carried out before application. Dilute in water at 0.2% and 0.5% dose for preventive disinfection and at 1% and 2% dose in case of greater microbiological contamination risk. Can be applied by recirculation, spraying, immersion, brushing, wiping, etc. at 20ºC - 50ºC (decomposes at temperatures above 60ºC). Leave on for a 15 - 20 minutes contact time. Then rinse with drinking quality water on food contact surfaces. Dry the surfaces well.

Disinfection by air (use exclusively by specialized personnel): Application by means of nebulizer equipment. Dilute in water at a dose of 1% and apply in the absence of people and food. After application, a 3-hour safety period must be observed. After this time, the area must be properly ventilated before entry.
