SM COOLANT VIDRIO SB

It is a synthetic coolant-lubricant indicated for the glass industry. Scatters mud and sludge from cooling circuits.

  • Long service life. Does not decay.

  • Does not contain nitrites, chlorine, secondary amines, oils or boron.
  • Prevents foaming.

Application Areas

Glass industry: Bevelling and edge banding machines.

Instructions for use

Before using SM COOLANT VIDRIO SB, clean the tank with SM OX, diluted in water at 0.3%, recirculating it for 4 to 5 hours.

Once the tank is clean and full of water, pour SM COOLANT VIDRIO SB on the water and shake.

Bevelling and Edging 1 % - 2 %.

We recommend diluting with automatic dosing equipment/systems. Dosatron type.

Applying the right dosage saves on final costs and eliminates the environmental impact of the necessary product.
