KOTS

It is a highly foaming alkaline degreasing detergent, specially formulated for the cleaning of surfaces where there is difficult soiling, mainly produced by burnt grease, proteins and starches.

Application Areas

Food industry in general. Dairy industries, canneries, wineries, slaughterhouses, food and beverage processors, etc. for cleaning floors, walls, cutting tables and processing equipment, etc.

Instructions for use

Foam generation systems: Pre-rinse the surfaces to be cleaned to remove coarse soiling. Apply the product diluted in water at a dosage of between 2% and 5% depending on the degree of soiling and the amount of foam obtained, preferably at a temperature of between 50 ºC and 60 ºC. Cover all surfaces with the foam. Leave on for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with drinking quality pressurised water.

Manual cleaning: Dilute a 1-5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Use a scrubbing pad or brush. Leave on for at least 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking quality water.

Spraying: Dilute a 2-5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Apply with a hand gun, backpack sprayer or spraying system, leave on for, at least, 15 minutes. Next, rinse with drinking quality water.

Immersion: Dilute a 1-5% product dose in water, depending on the degree of soiling. Soak the utensils and leave on for, at least, 15 minutes. Remove the individual pieces and rinse them with plenty of drinking quality water.

Do not use on soft metals (aluminium or galvanized) or on painted or lacquered surfaces. Do not mix with other chemicals.
