ACTIV SOLV

It is a solvent product, designed to replace petroleum derivatives, chlorinated solvents and all types of degreasers that generate VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds); easy and safe to use.

• • Substitute for Acetone, Chlorine derivatives, Hydrocarbons, Toluene, Xylene, etc.
  • Fully biodegradable. Mild odour. Product not classified as dangerous.
  • Non-corrosive to metals, including aluminium, copper and their alloys.
  • Formulation free of chlorinated solvents and aromatic solvents harmful to the worker.

Application Areas

General industry, cleaning of grease, inks, adhesives and glues. Closed circuit cleaning of polysulphide and polyurethane injection. Removal of protective coatings, resins, waxy anticorrosives. Stripping effect on acrylic paints.

Note: before using on plastics, test for compatibility.

Instructions for use

Apply ACTIV SOLV undiluted with spray gun, immersion or ultrasound.

Recirculate in polyurethane injection systems, avoids its hardening on the inside of the circuit and application nozzles.

Product soluble in alcohols, ketones and ethers. Non water-soluble.
