Kl10 FECORR US

It is an effective phosphating degreaser suitable to protect metallic surfaces from corrosion and to provide a suitable anchoring for subsequent painting/lacquering processes.

• • Cleans and degreases in depth with low foaming.
  • It provides a regular coat of amorphous phosphate, protecting against corrosion and improving the subsequent adhesion of organic coatings.
  • Suitable for iron, steel, galvanised and light alloys.

Application Areas

Ultrasound: treatment by hot immersion, allowing the product to reach areas that are difficult to access. Treatment of parts with complex geometry where conventional processes do not allow products to correctly reach all parts of the surface.

Steam lance: treatment of large surfaces, irons, large parts. It provides a temporary protective film prior to the application of the coating.

Instructions for use

(*) In steam lance, first dilute the product in water at a 10% rate in the tank, then check if product output at the tip of the lance is at least a 1% concentration.

In both application methods it is recommended:

After treatment with the product, let it air dry without rinsing it.

Regulate product pH in the range of 4.5 to 5. Adjust by adding Kalon pH (+) product.
