SM IS

It is an energetic and effective liquid degreasing cleaning agent that acts quickly on any surface. It is formulated based on organic solvents that provide a high wetting capacity and a fast evaporation, without leaving visible residues. It does not require rinsing, except for those surfaces that will be in contact with food.

    • Removes grease and soiling in general.
    • Able to effectively remove inks.
    • Suitable for use on any surface, especially those sensitive to moisture.
    • Suitable for use as a coolant in welding machines.

Application Areas

Wood industry (cleaning of veneered or lacquered wood panels), food industry, general industry: facilities and equipment likely to have greasy soiling.

Use as burner coolant in welding machines.

Instructions for use

Spraying: use the product pure or dilute in a 50-70% ratio in water (when diluted, its evaporation rate is reduced) and apply it with a spraying system on the surface to be cleaned. Leave on for around 15 minutes. If necessary, rub with a brush or cloth. In case of surfaces that will be in contact with food, rinse with drinking quality water.

Immersion: use the product pure or dilute in a 50-70% ratio in water (when diluted, its evaporation rate is reduced). Soak the parts to be degreased and leave for a few minutes. Remove the parts. In case of components that will be in contact with food, rinse with drinking quality water.

Manual application: use the product pure or dilute in a 50-70% ratio in water (when diluted, its evaporation rate is reduced). Apply on the surface to be degreased by brush or cloth. In the case of surfaces that will be in contact with food, rinse with drinking quality water.

Use in welding equipment: For use as a welding system burner coolant, dilute the product in water at a 30% ratio.
