Application Areas

RDS is formulated for high performance demoulding of synthetic resins, rigid polyurethane foam, polyester polyurethane elastomers. Withstands temperatures up to 400 ºC. Suitable for repeated demoulding due to the excellent adhesion of its waxy layer.

RDS is especially recommended in mould workshops for the ceramics industry, rubber industry, etc.

Instructions for use

The surface must be clean and dry.

Shake the container vertically and apply a thin layer.

Subsequently, heat the mould to a temperature of approximately 110 ºC for 5 minutes to promote curing of the release agent on the mould surface.

Perform the polymer injection process and demoulding.
