SM HLP 

It is a range of microfiltered lubricating fluids, formulated with mineral bases of paraffinic nature and coming from the first refining of crude oil. Specially recommended to be used in hydraulic circuits working in severe regime.

  • High viscosity index suitable for systems subject to temperature changes.
  • Excellent oxidation and rust control. High effectiveness of emulsion-breaking.
  • High wear resistance and effective protection of solenoid valves and hydraulic manifolds.
  • They allow an efficient transmission of power to all points of the system.

Application Areas

All types of hydraulic systems: filter presses, hydraulic drives, elevators in refrigeration systems, forklift trucks, hydraulic couplings, public works machinery, variable speed drives, and in general machinery where an HLP type hydraulic fluid is required.

Instructions for use

Check the condition of the system beforehand. In case of contamination with heavy soiling or humidity, treat with KL20 LCO.

With the system clean, select the appropriate viscosity and fill the hydraulic circuit.
