LUBE 250 V

It is a low viscosity liquid lubricant, specially designed for use on high-speed cutting lines for flat and curved monolithic and laminated glass (type Bystronic, KSM, XY2).

    • Provides a clean cut and smooth breakage.
    • Prevents the formation of splinters.
    • Leaves no residue.
    • Lubricates the membranes of the cutting heads facilitating a correct passage of the oil.
    • Safe on any type of mats, be they polyurethane, rubber, plastic, nylon, etc.
    • It does not harden the polyurethane of the belts and lubricates the nylon of the belts avoiding its cracking.

Application Areas

Automotive glass factories, glass cutting workshops, double glazing factories, glass industry in general.

Instructions for use

Apply the product pure, insoluble in water. Fill the tank of the machine.

It is recommended the application of the product with spraying systems, achieving a saving of product and a directed application on the point of contact glass-tool.
