Product suitable for cleaning cement in the construction industry.
-
- High-performance cleaning with immediate effect.
- Effective even at low temperatures.
- Contains corrosion inhibitors, which minimise the aggressive action of the acidic actives.
Application Areas
Industry in general: installations susceptible to develop calcareous deposits such as: steam boilers, heat exchangers, cooling systems, closed hot water circuits, hot water accumulators, etc.
In the construction industry: cleaning of cement and mortar residues in equipment, concrete mixers, formwork sheets, etc.
Caution: Not recommended for use on galvanised, stainless steel or aluminium.
Instructions for use
Spraying: Dilute with water at a 5% to 10% dose, depending on the deposits to be removed. Apply with a spraying system (Kalon Professional Acid Applicator), leave to act for a few minutes. In case of significant deposits, use a brush. Then rinse thoroughly with water.
Immersion: Dilute with water at a 5-10% dose in a plastic container. Soak the parts to be descaled and leave to act for a few minutes. Remove the parts and rinse them with plenty of water. Protect them afterwards with a corrosion inhibitor (AQUABAN or CORROBAR). In the case of parts that will be painted afterwards, protect them with an anti-corrosion primer (SUPER PRIMER PLUS).
By recirculation: Dilute with water at a 5 to 10 % dose and recirculate the cleaning dilution at a temperature of 50 ºC - 60 ºC. Cleaning can be performed at room temperature, but longer recirculation times are required. Check during the process that the pH of the cleaning solution remains below 4. If the pH rises above this value, drain the system and continue with a fresh cleaning solution. The cleaning process is finished when the pH remains stable below 4. Subsequently, drain the system and rinse thoroughly with water until the pH values of the circuit water and the supply water are the same.
Warning: do not mix with other chemical products.
