LUBE PLUS

It is a multifunctional grease, formulated without heavy metals, with high and long lasting lubricating power in high temperatures and extreme pressure (EP). It offers excellent resistance to oxidation and high mechanical stability.

• Excellent pumpability in applications where a centralized greasing system is used.
• High resistance to water, high loads and shocks. Excellent thermal stability, associated with perfect reversibility.
• Resists oxidation, corrosion and rust. Ultimate anti-wear and extreme pressure properties.
• Available in PTFE-enhanced aerosol format to increase performance, reduce friction and extend the life of lubricated components.

Application Areas

Lubrication of all types of bearings and guides in lifts.

Cylinder bearings of hot rolling mills. Public works equipment with severe demands, high loads and temperatures, presence of water and need for permanent lubrication.

Cutting machinery in the presence of water, wash tunnels, agricultural machinery, forestry and gardening machinery, machinery in general exposed to humidity and rain water, etc.

Working temperatures from -20 ºC to +150 ºC, with peaks of +180 ºC (static lubrication or slow movements).

Instructions for use

Apply the product directly to the mechanisms to be lubricated.

For higher performance, apply the product by means of centralized greasing systems.
