It is a powerful solvent-based cleaner and descaler that is highly effective in removing charcoal residues and solidified impurities from the components that form part of the exhaust gas recirculation systems, as well as from the intake and combustion systems of diesel and petrol engines. It dissolves in depth allowing an optimal adjustment, thus achieving a significant reduction of black fumes and emissions of harmful gases such as NOx and CO.

Application Areas

Automotive industry: cleaning of intake ducts, injectors and pumps in diesel engines, EGR valves, throttle valves, lambda sensors, turbochargers, oxygen sensors, carburettors in petrol engines.

It is compatible with naturally aspirated diesel engines, turbocharged, TDI, common-rail, pump injector engines, petrol engines with carburation system, hybrid engines and engines using environmentally friendly fuels such as bioethanol, biodiesel, CNG and LPG.

Instructions for use

Cleaning of injectors:

- In injection machine use diluted at 20 % in diesel oil.

- In ultrasonic machine use pure. Immerse the piece in the bath and leave it to act for 30 to 60 minutes.

- In manual cleaning, remove the pipes up to the intake collector, warm up the engine to operating temperature and spray pure product, observing the engine behaviour. Once the process has been completed, reconnect the pipes.

Pre MOT treatment: add between 150 and 250 ml of product to 40 liters of fuel. Drive the engine at high rpm to facilitate the distribution of the mixture through the intake/injection system and to improve the burning of carbonaceous residues inside the combustion system.

EGR system cleaning: disassemble the parts of the system. Spray the product on the EGR valve and the rest of the system components. Let the product act for several minutes. A brush can be used for more thorough cleaning. Reassemble the EGR system making sure that the parts are dry.
