It is a powerful organic paint stripper that effectively removes all types of paints and resins, both air-dried and hardened. Its formula has a high solvent power and a great penetration capacity, so it can be used both as a cold decarbonizer and as a polyurethane solvent. RESTRICTED USE AS A PAINT STRIPPER FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES.

Application Areas

Industry in general: stripping of all types of paints and plastic coatings on steel and aluminium metal parts, and even zinc as long as there are short contact times. Cold decarbonising of metal parts such as moulds, valves, EGR manifolds, carburettors, injection pumps, diesel engine parts, marine engines, electric motors, etc. Polyurethane remover in gun heads where the polyurethane has solidified.

Instructions for use

By cold immersion:

Empty the contents of the container into an acid-resistant cleaning tank.

Insert the pieces until they are completely covered by REFORZANTE 2.

Wait some time until the parts are completely pickled or decarbonized. This time will depend on the type of paint, as well as the thickness and hardness of the film in the case of being used as a paint stripper, and the degree of soiling in the case of being used as a decarbonizer.

Once the parts have been pickled or cleaned, they are removed from the cleaning tank and rinsed with pressurised water.

Once the operation is finished, close the cleaning tank in order to avoid evaporation loss of the product.
