It is a fluid formulated to facilitate the work of threading the tool in hard metals, both in manual and automatic operation.

  • Facilitates threading, reducing tool wear.
  • Contributes to a better and more precise finish of the part.
  • Facilitates chip drainage.
  • It speeds up and facilitates the work avoiding that the tool gets flu.

Application Areas

Internal and external threading and drilling operations in hard metals, iron, cast iron and stainless steels. Drilling of ferrous metals in column drills or universal milling machines.

Threading of steels with diameters up to 10 mms.

Not recommended for plastics and aluminium.

Instructions for use

Apply a few drops (or spray the aerosol) of RAPID PLUS directly onto the tool when starting work and then when applying pressure to the surface of the metal being worked.

Applying the right dosage saves on final costs and eliminates the environmental impact of the necessary product.
