SM 500A

It is an effective packaging product for the treatment of low and medium pressure steam boilers, formulated on the basis of alkalinity regulating agents, anti-scaling agents, dispersing agents, oxygen scavengers and volatile active ingredients that allow the protection against corrosion of the condensate line.

Instructions for use

Dosing the pure product on the boiler feed water, by means of a dosing pump installed for this purpose. It is recommended that dosing is carried out in the condensate tank in order to protect the condensate tank, especially against corrosion.

The dosage must be adapted to the specific working conditions of the system and is a function, among other parameters, of the temperature of the boiler feed water, the hardness of the feed water and the concentration cycles. As an orientative dosage, a dosage of 250 gr/m3 is recommended on the boiler feed water, for a temperature of 70 ºC.
